About the Contest Hillsborough County Public Schools district energy program, powerED, is excited to announce our Reusable Art Contest!
Who is the contest open to? Please submit a digital picture of your artwork that reuses items that would have otherwise become waste. The artwork can either be 2D or 3D in nature. Be Creative! Artwork can be created by individual artists or created by a team of no more than two artists.
Submission Details Student artwork is due by Friday, April 7, 2023, at 4 pm. You can submit your artwork to the email address, HCPSpowerED@mckinstry.com with subject "Reusable Art" Filename: Artist Name(s)_Grade_School

Prizes will be from our sponsor the Florida Aquarium. The winners will receive a Family Pack of tickets to the Florida Aquarium. One winning entry will be selected from each level: elementary, middle and high school. Winners will be notified via email and awards will be presented to winners during the May 2, Recognition Board Meeting at ROSSAC. PowerED will visit the school sites to photograph the winning artwork to be shared on social media prior to the recognition ceremony.
